GOGO DAY TOURS & TRAVEL (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED ("we", "our", "us") operates travel services and publishes mobile applications. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
1. Information we collect
Travel Services
When you enquire about or book travel services with us, we collect:
- Your name, email address, phone number and postal address
- Travel dates, destinations, group size and special requirements
- Passport information when required for visa applications or flight bookings
- Payment information (credit/debit card details or bank transfer information)
We collect this information directly from you when you contact us, submit an enquiry form, or provide it during the booking process.
Mobile Applications
Our mobile applications may collect:
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information
- Usage Data: App interactions, session duration, features used, and in-app events
- Advertising Data: Information collected by our advertising partners for ad serving and personalization, including device identifiers and advertising IDs. Ads are delivered through Google AdMob, which may also source them from partner ad networks, including Meta Audience Network
We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers or other personally identifiable information through our mobile applications unless you explicitly provide it (for example, through a contact form within the app).
2. How we use your information
Travel Services
We use your information to:
- Process your travel bookings and provide the services you requested
- Communicate with you about your itinerary, confirmations and changes
- Arrange flights, hotels, transport and visas on your behalf
- Process payments and issue receipts
- Respond to your questions and provide customer support
Mobile Applications
We use information collected through our applications to:
- Provide and maintain app functionality
- Display advertising through Google AdMob and its partner ad networks
- Analyze app usage to improve performance and user experience
- Detect and prevent technical issues and crashes
3. Third-party services
AdMob by Google
Our mobile applications use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob collects and uses data according to Google's advertising policies. This may include:
- Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
- IP address and approximate location
- Ad interaction data
Google may use this data to serve personalized ads based on your interests. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings:
- Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization

Meta Audience Network
AdMob does not always fill an ad request itself. It also runs an auction in which partner advertising networks can bid, and the winning network supplies the ad. Meta Audience Network (operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.) takes part in that auction for our applications, so some of the ads you see are served by Meta rather than by Google.
When Meta serves an ad, it may receive:
- Your device's advertising identifier
- IP address and approximate location
- Device and app information, and ad interaction data
Meta uses this information under its own privacy policy, available at facebook.com/about/privacy. You do not need a Facebook or Instagram account for Meta to serve an ad, and having one is not required to use our applications.
The same device-level opt-out described above applies: turning off ad personalization in your Android settings limits personalized advertising from all of our ad partners, Meta included.
Consent in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, our applications show a consent form the first time they run, before any ad is requested. That form is provided by Google's User Messaging Platform and lists every advertising partner that may process your data, including Meta Audience Network. Your choice is stored on your device and applies to all of our ad partners.
You can change your choice at any time from the privacy option inside the application's About screen.
Travel Suppliers
When processing your travel bookings, we share necessary information with airlines, hotels, transport providers and visa processing agencies. These third parties use your information only to deliver the services you booked.
4. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the services you requested and to comply with legal obligations:
- Travel bookings: We keep booking records and payment information for 7 years for accounting and tax purposes as required by Pakistani law
- Mobile app data: Usage and analytics data is retained for up to 26 months. Advertising identifiers are managed by our ad partners according to their own retention policies — Google's for AdMob, and Meta's for ads served through Meta Audience Network
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share information only when:
- Necessary to complete your travel booking (with airlines, hotels, transport providers, visa agencies)
- Required by law or to comply with legal process
- Provided to our advertising partners for ad serving — Google AdMob, and the partner networks that bid through it, including Meta Audience Network (mobile apps only)
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements
- Opt out of personalized advertising in mobile apps (via device settings)
- Withdraw consent for data processing where we rely on consent

7. Children's privacy
Our mobile applications are not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it immediately.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
